AbstractInresponsetothecommonfomalproblemsoffunctionaldislocationimbalanceofrightsandresponsibilities， disconnectionofcontent，and limited scenarios incurrent vocational class metings，this article combines thecore connotationsofEEPOconceptsuchas "efective education"，"studentcenteredness"，and "participatoryorganization"to systematically analyze the compatibility between this concept and vocational class meetings.From four dimensions of functionalreset，rightsandrsponsibilitiesreconstruction，contentinovation，andsenarioexpansion，thecorepath for thetransformationoftheeffectivenessofvocationalclassmetingsisconstructed.Theresearchaimstoprovidetheoretical referenceand practicalguidanceforsolvingthe problemofweakening theeducational functionofvocational class meetings and improving the effectiveness of moral educationin vocational colleges.
