Exploration of Teaching Reform Path for Accounting Major in Henan Vocational Colleges

AbstractInresponse to theurgentdemand for versatilefinancial and acounting talents under Henan Province's strategy for building a strong advanced manufacturing sector,and to address the disconnect between traditional accounting programsand industrial needs,this article proposes acomprehensive teaching reform plancenteredon digital intelligence technology, industry-education integration, and busines-finance synergy. Aligning with Henan's "7+28+N" key industrial chain developmentstrategy,theplan integratescuriculumsystems,practicaltraing,facultydevelopment,andevaluation mechanisms.By establishing cros-disciplinary courses formanufacturing,building a "dual-cycle"training platform, implementinga"dual-teacher,dual-skils"cultivationprogram,andcreatingadiversifiedevaluationsystem,theinitiative transforms talent cultivation from a"accounting-oriented" model toa"manufacturing-service-oriented" approach,ferng areplicable practical framework for aligning Henan's vocational accounting education with industrial development.
