AbstractEnergystorage technology,asa critical link inbuilding anew powersystem and a strategic pilarforensuring national energysecurity,urgently requiresa large number of high-level talents with interdisciplinary perspectives and innovationcapabilities,placing higherdemands onthecultivationofgaduate students intheenergystorage field.Therefore, this article addresss the multiple challnges in graduate education within energy storage and proposes pathways for reformingand innovating graduate training modelsunder an interdisciplinary framework.Taking the reform practiceof graduate education in energy storage at Chongqing University as an example, it demonstrates the model's remarkable effectivenessin enhancing students' interdisciplinary research capabilities and enginering practice skills.This provides a theoreticalframeworkand practical paradigm forcultivating interdisciplinaryand inovative talents in theenergystorage field in the new era, offering significant reference value for advancing educational reforms in the energy sector.
