Exploration on the Cultivation of Core Psychological Qualities of Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Psychological Education

AbstractIn response to the practical needs of "skills + psychology" collaborative training in higher Vocational education and the new requirements for psychological literacy in technical and skiled talents due to industrial upgrading,this article analyzes four major isues in the cultivation of core psychological qualities among current vocational students: "disconnected professonal logic in training,scenario embedding deviating from practicality, fragmented motivation mechanisms conflicting with interest demands,and ecological synergy undermining systematic education."From four dimensions-reconstructingtraining logic,integrating training scenarios,activatingmotivation mechanisms,and consolidating educational ecology一the study proposes strategies for building a training mechanism tailored to higher vocational education.The aim is to provide theoreticalreferences and practical pathways for enhancing students'occupation-adaptive psychological qualities and promoting the deep integration of psychological education with vocational training.
