校企协同视角下西部高职院校中国特色学徒制人才培养模式探析

AbstractIn the process of economic development and industrial upgrading in the westem region,the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents is becoming increasingly urgent.The modern apprenticeship system has become an important institutional carrier for deepening the integration ofindustry and education and promoting school enterprisecooperation in education,and has become akeypath for vocationalcoleges in the westemregiontocultivate technicalandskilled talents.Basedontheperspectiveofschool enterprise collaboration,thisarticle aims toaddressthe problems in the training of apprenticeship talents in western vocational colleges,and constructs a "three-dimensional collaboration,dual integration,andfourstage progression" Chinese characteristicapprenticeshiptalentrainingmodel. By building aschoolenterprise governancecommunity,improvingthecollaborative educationmechanism,implementing the "dual group drive" practical education to optimize the talent training path,and establishing a "dual mentor" collaborative system to improve the construction of the teaching staff, it provides reference for the training of apprenticeship talents in western vocational colleges.
