The Dilemma and Breakthrough Path of Cultivating Top-notch Innovative Talents in Universities from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

AbstractThe development characteristics of newquality productivity, which is driven by technological innovation, imposerigid demands on the quality and structure of top-tier innovative talents.There exists a significant tension between the current talent cultivation system and the developmental needs of new quality productivity, primarily manifested inthree aspects: misalignmentbetween trainingobjectives and industrial innovationrequirements,structural deficiencies in innovation capability cultivation mechanisms,and evaluation systems that suppressinovative qualities. This tension originates from threefactors: rigid disciplinary barriers inthecultivation ecosystem,disconnection between practiceand theory in training proceses,and a single-quantitative evaluation logic.By establishing interdisciplinary integrationsystems,building industry-academia-researchcolaborative innovation platforms,and improving diversified evaluation mechanisms, we can systematically reconstruct the talent cultivation model for top-tier inovators.This restructuring processenhances the alignmentbetween talentsupplyandnew quality productivitydevelopment,provides coretalentsupportfor technological breakthroughsand industrialupgrading,andfacilitatesthedeepimplementationof innovation-driven development strategies.
