高校“一站式”学生社区心理服务体系：困境审视与实践探索

AbstractThe "one-stop" student community in universities is an important place for providing psychological ervices tocollege students.Withthe developmentofsocietyandthe increasingly prominent psychological problems ofstudents， the construction ofauniversity psychological service system based on "one-stop" student community support has become an inevitablerequirementforcollege students'mental health education，and animportant measure foruniversities to implement the fundamental task ofcultivating moralityand talents.The current construction ofa "one-stop" student community psychological service system faces many challenges in terms of resource alocation，demand response，and teambuilding.Inresponse tothesechalenges，the article proposes a"three-dimensional linkage"psychologicalservice system， which promotes the transformation of psychological services from physical integration to functional integration through three dimensions： spatial reconstruction， mechanism innovation，and team empowerment. This provides new ideas for improving the systematic and effective psychological education work in universities.
