Applicationand Empirical Study of PBL Combined with MDT Teaching Mode in Undergraduate Oncology Teaching

AbstractObjective:This study aims to explorethe application effect of problem-based learning (PBL)combined with multidisciplinary team (MDT) teaching mode in undergraduate oncology education.Method:128 students who receivedoncology coursesat Xuzhou Medical University from January to June2O24 wereselectedastheresearch subjects and divided into acontrol group ,using traditional teaching) and an observation group Sn=64 ,usingPBL combined withMDTteaching).The teaching cycles ofthetwo groups werethesame.Afterthe teaching iscompleted, compare theassssmentscores,corecompetencyscores,and teachingsatisfactionofthe two groups ofstudents.Result: The theoreticalandoperationalscores,corecompetencyscores,andteaching satisfactionof theobservationgroup were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion:The PBL combined with MDT teaching model can efectivelyimprove theteachingqualityofundergraduateoncologycourses,enhance students'comprehensiveabilities, and improve teaching satisfaction. It is worth applying in undergraduate oncology teaching.
