Applicationand Empirical Study of PBL Combined with MDT Teaching Mode in Undergraduate Oncology Teaching

AbstractObjective：This study aims to explorethe application effect of problem-based learning （PBL）combined with multidisciplinary team （MDT） teaching mode in undergraduate oncology education.Method：128 students who receivedoncology coursesat Xuzhou Medical University from January to June2O24 wereselectedastheresearch subjects and divided into acontrol group ，using traditional teaching） and an observation group Sn=64 ，usingPBL combined withMDTteaching）.The teaching cycles ofthetwo groups werethesame.Afterthe teaching iscompleted， compare theassssmentscores，corecompetencyscores，and teachingsatisfactionofthe two groups ofstudents.Result： The theoreticalandoperationalscores，corecompetencyscores，andteaching satisfactionof theobservationgroup were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：The PBL combined with MDT teaching model can efectivelyimprove theteachingqualityofundergraduateoncologycourses，enhance students'comprehensiveabilities， and improve teaching satisfaction. It is worth applying in undergraduate oncology teaching.
