AbstractInresponse to the problems of thedisconnect between the teaching objectives of the Internet of Vehicles technologycourseandindustryemand，theemphasisontheoryoerpracticeinontent，thesinglemethod，andtestatic evaluation，this article caries out teaching reformbased on the Outcome Based Education （OBE） concept.Based on students'abilities，we integrate enterprise projectsand virtual simulationresources to buildmodularcontentaround cuting-edge technologiessuchasintelligentconnectedvehiclesand5G-V2X.Strengtheningstudents'engineeringpractice andinnovationabilities through ahybrid teaching approach thatcombines project drivenandvirtualreal teaching; Establishadynamicevaluationmechansmfor"procesassessment，cpabilityanalyss，andindustryfeedback"simultaneously tracktheefectivenessofteachingreform inreal ime，andoptimizestrategies.Practice hasshownthatteachingreform effectivelyeancssdents'tccalplcatiobilityovativetiingdrofessoalompetitiveessodg a replicable reform path for the new generation of information technology courses.
