AbstractThis studyfocuses on the 2O23 accounting affairs class anduses action research to track the entire process ofclassconstruction.Thearticle systematically analyzes theenrollment data of new studentsand diagnoses core problems such as insuffcient classcohesion, vague learming goals,and weak psychological adaptability.Based on this, athree-dimensional management modelof "dataempowerment,emotional immersion,and goal guidance" isconstructed and implemented: relying onaccuratedata analysisand intervention,creatinga trusting atmosphere through emotional immersion,and promoting common growth through tiered goals.Practice has proven that this model effectively promotes the transformation of the classtowards a united,stable,and positive state,providing atransferable practical paradigm for the management of similar classes.
