Practice of Online-Offline Integration in Career Planning Education for Students Majoring in Education

AbstractTheoptimization and innovation of career planning education, which connects teacher training with future teaching practice, have significant implications for improving the quality of teacher training. Based on the current policy background of teacher education reform,this article systematically analyzes the uniquenessof career planning education forstudents majoring in education,deply elaborates onthe practical value ofonline andofline integration models,and focuses onthe breadth ofresources ononline platforms andthe emotional depth of ofline interactions.It proposes integration practice strategies thatare inline withthe growth laws ofstudents majoring in education and the career development path of teachers, in order to effectively expand the guidance of time and space boundaries.
