Research on the Cultivation Path of College Counselors' Ideological and Political Education Ability under the Background of the Development of New-Quality Productivity

AbstractThe development of new-quality productivity puts forward new requirements for college ideological and political education.As the main body in the front line of education，the ability cultivation ofcounselors is directly related to thequalityof talent training.Focusing onthecomposition and improvement pathofcounselors'ideological andpoliticalabilityunderthe backgroundofnew-quality productivity，this paperanalyzes thecore abilitiestheyshould possessand puts forward cultivation strategies from theaspects ofactive learning，practical design，tool appication， experience exchange and plan formulation.It aims to helpcounselors adapt tothe changes ofthe times，enhance the pertinence and effectivenessof ideological education，and provide support for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.
