Exploration of Teaching Reform in Solid Waste Treatment Technology Course under the "Dual Carbon" Goal

AbstractWith the "dualcarbon" goal becoming an important direction for high-qualitydevelopment ofthe country, solid waste treatment,as a keyareaofresource recycling andcarbon reduction,needs tobe deeplylinked to thetalent cultivation ofcarbon neutrality goals.The traditional solid waste treatment technology course focuses on "reduction, resourceutilization,and harmlessness" as the core,emphasizing the teaching of endof pipe treatment technology. However,there are obvious shortcomings incarbon footprint accounting,lifecycle carbon management,low-carbon technology innovation,etc.,whichcannot meettheindustry'sdemandforcollaborativeandeicienttalents inpolltion reductionand carbonreduction.Basedonthenewrequirements ofcarbon neutrality goals for curiculum teaching,this article proposes teaching reform strategies from four dimensions: knowledge system reconstruction, teaching mode innovation,practice platform expansion,and evaluation mechanism reform, in order to cultivate environmental protection talents that meet the needs of the new era.
