Research on the Optimization of Foreign Affairs Management Mechanism in Universities under "the Belt and Road" Initiative

AbstractIn the eraofthedeep integration ofeducation internationalizationandthe "theBeltand Road" initiative，the foreignaffairs managementofcolleges anduniversities，as thecore carrerofconnectingdomestic and foreignresources， hasadirect impactonthe transformationof disciplinaryadvantages totheefectivenessof intermational cooperation. Focusing on theproblems existing in thecurrentforeignaffirs management mechanism ofcolleges anduniversities，such as theunsmooth collaboration of multiple subjects，the dislocationof resource alocation andregional demand，and the disconnection between the evaluation system and the proposed goals，based onthe international cooperation needs of disciplines suchaspetrochemicalindustryand material science，this paper explores the optimizationpath of the foreign affairs management mechanism of colleges and universities from the aspects of strengthening the coordination mechanism，optimizing the differentiated resource allocation model，and building the "the Beltand Road"oriented evaluation system， in order to enhance its support capacity for the "the Belt and Road" cooperation.
