AbstractIn the new era，thequalityof the constructionof the counselor team in vocationalcolleges，asakey force in implementingthefundamentaltask ofcultivating moralityandtalents，directlyaffects theeffectiveness ofvocational education.The article takes Sichuan BusinessVocational Collge as the research object，defines core concepts such as vocationalcoleges andcounselor team construction，and clarifies the requirements of the new era forcounselor team construction，education reform，and student development.Based on the practice of the construction of the counselor teamin the school，this paper analyzes theprominent dificulties inthe team structure，career development，andability assessment. From four dimensions of optimizing the team structure，improving the career development system， constructing a scientific training and asessment mechanism， and strengthening guarantee support， a targeted and practical optimization path is proposed to provide practical reference for theconstruction ofcounselor teams insimilar vocational colleges.
