AbstractThe improvement of digitaliteracyamong university teachers is a strategic requirement for the country to cultivate innovative talents andfuture citizens who meethe needs ofsocial development.It is alsoa practicalneed for universities toreshapetheireducationalandteachingformsandtransformtheir taching models.Itisalsoaninevitable choice for teachers to adapt to the changes of the times and achieve professonal value added.In practice,the improvement of digital literacy among university teachers stillfaces multiple challenges in terms ofcognition,skills, and evaluation.Digital practice often becomesa formality and is dificult to reach the deep waters of teaching reform. Basedonthis,thearticleanalyzes the purpose and difficultiesofimproving the digitalliteracyofuniversityteachers in the context ofthe digital transformation of education,and focuses on exploring the construction of multi-dimensional improvement paths.
