AbstractUnder the background of digital transformation，the water supply and drainage engineering industry is undergoing technological iteration and comprehensive digital transformation of engineering scenarios，which puts forward newrequirements forthe trainingof technological innovation talents inuniversitywater supplyand drainage enginering majors.This paper discusses the challenges faced byuniversities in the processof training technological innovation talents，and proposes innovative strategies for talent training models basedondigital technology.Itaims to providecertain reference for universities' water supply and drainage engineering majors to cultivate technological innovation talents adapting to the needs of digital transformation，and promote the high-quality development of professional education.
