Construction and Teaching Applications of a Knowledge Graph for the Immunology Course

AbstractThe curriculum knowledge graph provides a new approach for the digital reform of education. Taking immunologyas an example,thisarticle constructs a knowledge graph covering core concepts,experimental skils,and applications,designs onineandofline phased teaching,andachieves theconnectionbetween preclasspreview,classroom exploration,and post classconsolidation. Combining problem maps with group colaboration in the clasroom,guiding students toclarifyimmune mechanisms,analyzeexperimentaldata,andapplythemtopracticalproblems,teacherscantrack students'learning progressinreal time and providepersonalized guidance.Practice hasshown that knowledge graphs can optimize the completenessof students'learning methodsand paths,enhance their masteryand comprehensive application abilities of key knowledge points, and provide reference for smart education and curriculum innovation.
