Innovation of Talent Cultivation Mode in Agricultural Vocational Education under the Concept of Adaptive Education

AbstractInthe context ofrural revitalizationand agricultural modernization，the problemof inadequate adaptability of agricultural vocationaleducationis becoming increasinglyprominent.The article focuses on the conceptof adaptive education and systematicallyanalyzes its inherentcompatibilitywithagricultural vocational education in termsof industry characteristics，talent demand，and educational atributes.Byanalyzing the deep problems existingin the current training mode in terms of value positioning，ability construction，resource linkage，and dynamic response， innovative paths have been proposed to reshape the "industry led" training objectives，reconstruct the "agricultural composite literacy"abilityframework，builda"governmentshoolenterpriseresearch"collaborative educationplatform， and optimize the "flexible adaptation"dynamic adjustment system.The research aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving the adaptability oftalent cultivation and industrial development in agricultural vocational education， and enhancing the ability to serve the rural revitalization strategy.
