AbstractAs digital natives， the value cognition of "Generation Z" vocational college students is deeply embedded in the cyberspace.Inthe eraof integrated media，onlineideologicaland political educationhas become an importantcarrier for implementingthetaskofcultivatingmoralityandtalents.However，online ideologicalandpoliticaleducationstillfaces many practical challnges：the institutionalguarantee mechanism is notyet perfect，thecontentandformarerelativelysingle，the collaborativeeducationforceisinsuffcient，andtheintegrationofonlieandoflineeducationneeds tobedeepened.Based onthe practiceofhigher vocational education，thisarticleproposes the establishmentofaninstitutional framework covering organization，operationandevaluation，innovativecontentsupplytheconstructionofcross departmentalcolaborative education mechanisms，andan integratedonineandofline educationpattm，providing theoreticaland practicalreferences for promoting the high-quality development of online ideological and political education.
