AbstractAgainst thebackdropofaccelerating global technologicalrevolutionand industrialtransformation，as wellas China's vigorous promotion of high-qualityproductivitydevelopment， thecultivation of inovative and entrepreneurial talent inuniversities faceschalenges inaligning withthedemandsofhigh-qualityproductivity.Thisarticlesystematically analyzes the competency requirementsof high-qualityproductivityforuniversity-based inovative and entrepreneurial talent，identifies core isues incurrnt talentcultivation withinhigher education，anddesigns targeted training pathways. The aim is toenrich theoretical research in the intersection of high-quality productivityand higher education，while contributing to the construction of a talent support system for high-quality productivity development.
