Research on the Mechanism of Co-constructing Internship Practice Bases between Universities and Free Trade Pilot Zones Based on Stakeholders

AbstractThis paper，basedon stakeholder theoryandutilizing data from student questionnaires，intern interviews， and enterprise surveys， investigates the mechanism construction of jointly building internship and practical training bases betweenuiversitiesandfreetradezones.First，itidentifiesconflictsinprofssonaldevelopment，economic interests，anddisputesbetweenthebasesandstakeholders.Second，itestablishesastakeholdercoordinationmechanism by addresing the alignment between universities and free trade zones，as wellas the relationship between internship bases and students.Finally，itproposes adaptivepathways forstakeholderparticipation，formingasystematicsolution to promote sustainable base development.This provides theoretical support and actionable strategies for deepening industry-education integration and enhancing practical teaching quality.
