AbstractFaced with the problems intheapplication of traditional university precision teaching technology，such as alienation of technology application，imbalanceof teachers'roles，narrowconnotationof personalization，and insufficientecologicalcoordination，relyingontheopportunityofeducationaldigitaltransformation，basedonthe synergeticdriving logicofeducational bigdataandAIalgorithms，this studyconstructsascientificandeffcient universityprecisionteachingmodelbyreconstructingtheorientationoftechnologyapplication，reshapingthedominant positionofteachers，depeningtheconnotationofpersonalizedadaptation，andbuildingaglobalcollaborative ecology. The purpose is to promote precision teaching from formal practice to connotative development.
