AbstractThe article addresses the competency demands of undergraduate talents in the market under the rapid development of theintelligent construction industry. Bysystematicallycolecting jobpostings from mainstreamplatforms and employing methods suchas text mining,TF-IDF feature extraction,clusteranalysis,and assciation rule mining for analysis,the results indicate that thecompetencyrequirements for intelligentconstruction graduates include keytechnical skills(e.g.,Btechnologyappication,Pyonprogramming,smartconstructionsite management,andIoTtechology), engineering foundational skils (e.g.,project managementand constructiontechnology),interdisciplinaryintegration abilities (e.g.,data literacyand system integration),and professionalcompetencies.The jobcategories encompasthree types: technical application-oriented,R&Dand design-oriented,and project management-oriented,with distinct diffrences in competencyrequirements.This research provides precise data support and practical evidence for universities to optimize the curriculum of intelligent construction majors and reconstruct interdisciplinary course systems,thereby enhancing the alignment between talent cultivation and market demands.
