AbstractThecontinuous deepening of the Education Digitalization 2.0 strategy has openedup new space and brought new challenges for the development of higher education.Online courses are the main carrierof digital education,andtheircommentsections haveaccumulatedalargeamountofstudent feedback,which isof greatvalue for teaching research.Closely following thedevelopment requirements ofEducation Digitalization2.0,this paper constructsadedicatedsentimentanalysis framework foreducationalscenarios.Itsystematicallanalyzes theemotional characteristicsand semanticconnotation ofcomment data,grasps the law of emotional evolution in students'learning processand formsaful-process analysis planfromdatacollection toresultapplication,soas toprovide support for teachers to optimize teaching practice.
