AbstractTo efectively improve the quality of high skilled talent cultivation in vocational colleges in Shandong Province，efective measures need to be taken to further adapt the classification framework，target positioning，and educational teaching of vocational physical fitness to the dynamic requirements of modern industrial system construction.Thearticle takes "employment"，"growth"，and "interest" asthethree-dimensional goals，andconstructs a vocational physicalfitnesspromotion modeland its implementation path basedon the thre in one model of "sports skils teaching specialized physical ftnessexercises vocational physical fitness evaluation"，inorder to furtherenhance the effectiveness of vocational physical fitnesstraining in vocational colleges in Shandong Province.
