Optimization of the Ability oriented Curriculum System for Geriatric Deafness Training

AbstractAgainst the backdrop ofan aging population，age-related hearing losshas become a major health issue for the elderlypopulation，andthere isanurgent need forclinical training inthediagnosis，treatment，ehabilitation，and comprehensive services ofage-related hearing loss.The existing standardized training courses have problems such as imbalanced core competencydimensions，insuffcient restorationofclinical situations，and lack of interdisciplinary colaboration.Basedon this，thearticle reconstructs the four-dimensional core competency framework，optimizes the allocation ofcourse modules，strengthens situational teaching，constructs interdisciplinarycollaboration mechanisms and clinical oriented evaluation systems，and forms a systematic optimization plan.Research has shown that the optimized curriculum system can effectively meet clinical needs，enhance the job competence of trainees，and provide practical reference for the reform of teaching for age-related hearing loss.
