Optimization of the Ability oriented Curriculum System for Geriatric Deafness Training

AbstractAgainst the backdrop ofan aging population,age-related hearing losshas become a major health issue for the elderlypopulation,andthere isanurgent need forclinical training inthediagnosis,treatment,ehabilitation,and comprehensive services ofage-related hearing loss.The existing standardized training courses have problems such as imbalanced core competencydimensions,insuffcient restorationofclinical situations,and lack of interdisciplinary colaboration.Basedon this,thearticle reconstructs the four-dimensional core competency framework,optimizes the allocation ofcourse modules,strengthens situational teaching,constructs interdisciplinarycollaboration mechanisms and clinical oriented evaluation systems,and forms a systematic optimization plan.Research has shown that the optimized curriculum system can effectively meet clinical needs,enhance the job competence of trainees,and provide practical reference for the reform of teaching for age-related hearing loss.
