AbstractThe "Double High Plan" requires higher vocational colleges to strengthen teachers' professional ethics to cultivate talents with both professional ethicsand skills.From itsperspective,this paper explores paths forteachers' professional ethics and proposes mechanisms: strengthening value guidance, integrating resource linkage and optimizing evaluationstandards.Itaims toprovide feasible solutionsforthelong-termconstructionofteachers'professionalethic in higher vocationalcolleges under the plan,contribute tohigh-qualitydevelopmentofhigher vocational education,and lay a solid foundation for the teaching team to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.
