Cultivation of Core Competencies for Vocational Education and Childcare Majors under the Trend of Integrated Childcare and Nursery

AbstractWith the deepening of the integrationof preschooland early childhood education,the transformationand upgrading of the talent training mode for vocational education and childcare majors has become particularly urgent. Currently,thedisconnectbetween curriculumdesignand industrydemand,as wellas theinadequacyof practical teaching and evaluation systems,have become key factors restricting the improvement of talent training quality. To adress this challenge,,thearticle constructs a framework consisting of three dimensions:professional ethics and humanistic literacyprofessional knowledgeandskilsliteracy,andcrossdomain collaborationand innovationliteracy. It proposes the development of modular courses to reshape teaching content,and relies ona "three-stage progressive" practical system to strengthen skill taining and other optimization measures,inorder to provide high-quality skiled talents capable of caring for and educating infants and young children aged O-6 in the industry.
