AbstractUnder the background of advancing new teacher education and high-quality development of higher vocationaleducation，the teaching abilityofyoung vocational teachers has become akey factor influencing educational quality.New teacher education sets clear requirements for teacher type suitability， industry-education integration， digitalteachinginnovation，andvocational educationresearchcapabilities.Basedonthis，itisnecessrytooptimize teacher training by establishing a vocational education-oriented cultivation system，deepening school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms， promoting digital technology empowerment， and building vocational education research platforms.These measures aim to enhance the teaching abilities of young Vocational teachers and contribute to the improvement and efficiency of higher vocational education under the new teacher education framework.
