AbstractWith the deep integration of technologies such as big data and artificial inteligence,digitization is accelerating thereshaping ofthe financialand educational ecosystem. In the field offinancialand economic education inuniversities,the digital transformation not only reconstructs the teaching paradigm,but alsoputs forward new requirements for teachers'literacy.Thearticle focuses on thedevelopmentof thedigitalliteracyoffinancialand economic teachers in universities.Basedonthecurrent challenges of weak technologicalapplication capabilities,weak teaching content systems,and inadequate environmentaladaptation,it explains the multiple values of digital technology in shaping the abilities of financial and economic teachers, innovating teaching models,and supporting professional development.Itproposes breakthroughstrategiessuch as promoting systematic hierarchical raining, constructing cross course matrices,and building a digital ecological engine, providing theoretical references and practical paths for promoting the digital transformation of financial and economic education.
