Construction and Implementation of Learning Effect Evaluation System in Higher Vocational Colleges

AbstractTheevaluationofstudents'learming effectiveness inhigher vocationalcollges isthecore linkconnectingtalent training objectivesandthe improvementofteachingquality.Incombinationwiththerequirements oftheneweraeducational evaluation reformpolicy,this paper systematicallyanalyzes thecommon problems existing inthecurrent evaluationsystem of higher vocational colleges,suchas vagueobjectivesand singlesubject.Based ontheories suchasBloom's Taxonomyof Educational Objectivesand Outcome-BasedEducation (OBE)concept,itreconstructs evaluation indicators coveringthree dimensions: knowledge,abilityandquality,establishes a multi-stakeholdercollborative evaluationsubject mechanism,and promotes an evaluation implementation path combining multiple evaluation methods.It provides an operable scheme for colleges and universities to solve evaluation dilemmas and improve the quality of talent training.
