AbstractIn the context of the new era，high-quality economic and social development has put forward higher requirements for the labor iteracyof technicaland skilledtalents.As animportant platform for cultivating applied talents， the implementation efect of labor education in vocational collges determines the qualityand adaptabilityof talent cultivation.Thearticleanalyzes the current situation oflabor education in vocational collges in the new era under system thinking，elaborates on the connotation and value of promoting labor education in vocational collges in the new era through system thinking，and proposes four optimization paths： coordinating multiple subjectresponsibilities，designing laderpractice projects，eriching teachingresources，anditegratingonlineandofline platforms，inordertopromote the integrationoflabor educationintothe talent trainingsystemofvocational colleges，enhancethe effectivenessofeducation and the value of the times.
