Research on the Practical Teaching Reform Path of Intelligent Manufacturing On-site Engineers from the Perspective of Digital Intelligence Competition

AbstractTheupgradingofthe inteligent manufacturing industryhas an increasinglyurgent demand for inteligent onsite enginers, while traditionalpractical teaching courses face problems suchas data value gaps,fragmentedskilltraining, imbalanced technology dependence,and regional adaptation mismatch. Based on the integration of scenario authenticity and abilityorientationbetweendigitalintellgencecompetitionand practical taching,thisarticleconstructsareformpath for practical teaching from four dimensions: data closed-loop empowerment,system integration training, independent technology empowerment,and regional collaborative adaptation.Through data-driven teachingoptimization,system thinking cultivation, technology independent researchanddevelopment,and regional demand docking, itsolves the pain points oftraditional teaching.Aiming toenhance theprecisionandefectivenessoftrainingon-siteengineers inintelligent manufacturing,and achieve seamless connection between talent supply and industry demand.
