"Knowledge + Skills" Dual-Track Integration: Exploration on the Talent Training Path of Secondary Vocational Education from the Perspective of Integration of Vocational and General Education

AbstractFrom the perspective of vocational-general education integration,the dual-track fusion of "knowledge + skills"insecondary vocationaleducationcenterson"competency-based"logic,embodyingcorevalues thataimtomeet students'comprehensive development,align with corporate transformationand upgrading needs,and foster collaborativeprogressbetweenvocationalandgeneraleducation.Currentlydual-tracktraininginsecondaryvocational education faces practicalchallenges such asambiguous objectives,fragmentedcurrcula,rigid teachingmodels,and monolithic evaluation mechanisms.Addressing these issues,the article proposes specific pathways-including buildinga training system,developing modular curicula,implementing teaching reforms,and establishingan evaluation framework—across fourdimensions:goal alignment,curiculumrestructuring,teaching innovation,and evaluationreform.Theserecommendations provide practical insights forimproving thequalityof vocational education under the integrated vocational-general education paradigm.
