"Knowledge + Skills" Dual-Track Integration： Exploration on the Talent Training Path of Secondary Vocational Education from the Perspective of Integration of Vocational and General Education

AbstractFrom the perspective of vocational-general education integration，the dual-track fusion of "knowledge + skills"insecondary vocationaleducationcenterson"competency-based"logic，embodyingcorevalues thataimtomeet students'comprehensive development，align with corporate transformationand upgrading needs，and foster collaborativeprogressbetweenvocationalandgeneraleducation.Currentlydual-tracktraininginsecondaryvocational education faces practicalchallenges such asambiguous objectives，fragmentedcurrcula，rigid teachingmodels，and monolithic evaluation mechanisms.Addressing these issues，the article proposes specific pathways-including buildinga training system，developing modular curicula，implementing teaching reforms，and establishingan evaluation framework—across fourdimensions：goal alignment，curiculumrestructuring，teaching innovation，and evaluationreform.Theserecommendations provide practical insights forimproving thequalityof vocational education under the integrated vocational-general education paradigm.
