AbstractThe BeltandRoad Initiative hasacceleratedtheintermationalizationofthe metallurgical industry,creating anurgentdemandforinterdisciplinaryhigh-skilledtalents withboth professionalskillsandcro-culturalcommunication competence.Inresponse to theprominent problems inthecurrent tachingofinternational students inhigher vocational collges,suchasthedisconnectionbetweentechicalstandardsandculturaladaptation,aswellasexcessvecogitive load inpractical training,this study introduces CBE theorytoreconstruct the teaching logic.By establishingathreedimensional competency map of "Technology-Language-Literacy" based on the DACUM method,the mapping relationship between postrequirementsandteachingcontentisdefined.Acollaborative teaching mechanismof "dualtrack advancementand whole-process integration"isconstructedto break theisolateddilemmaofseparate language and skillteaching.Through the creation ofan intelligent practical training ecosystem with high fault tolerance,the professionalcompetenceofintermationalstudents has beeneffectivelyimproved,providing apracticalparadigmforthe cultivation of international talents in vocational education.
