AbstractWith thecontinuous deepening of digital transformation in vocationalcolleges，student enrollment management has shifted from"oflineoperationandmanualverification"to"online processngandrulereview"，whichnotonlyprovides a windowforeficiencyimprovement，butalsoexposespracticalconstraintssuchasstemfragmentation，inconsistetdata caliber，lengthyprocessesnddificultiesinrisktracing.Thearticleis basedonthe fullifecycleof vocationalcollege enrollment business，focusing onthecollaborativelogic of"data process risk control service"，combined withbusiness process sorting and data quality diagnosis，analyzing the value orientation and implementation principles of process optimization，proposing practical strategiesof promoting process reengineering through data connectivity，strengthening automatic verification through rule engines，and driving data governance through service loops，striving to achieve speedup andefficiency improvement，controllablersks，andperceptibleexperiences，andprovidingatransferablemethodframework for digital campus governance.
