Development of Teaching Resources for "Introduction to Railway" in Secondary Vocational Schools from the Perspective of School Enterprise Cooperation

AbstractAgainst the backdrop of technological iteration and job demand upgrading in therail transit industry，the teaching resources of vocational railway introduction courses are facing problems such as insufficient jobadaptation， inadequate integration ofsafety standards，laggng dynamic updates，andlack of enterprise evaluation.Tosolve the above difficulties，universities need torelyon the advantages of school enterprise cooperation，optimizeresource construction through building ahierarchical resource system，deepening the integration ofsafetyregulations， establishinga linkage update mechanism，and improving the enterprise led evaluationloop.The article provides effctive support for improving the qualityof curiculum teaching and the adaptability of talents to positions by aurately aligning job capabilities， embedding industry standards，synchronizing industry development，and strengthening practical orientation. The aim is to promote the dep integrationofindustry and education in vocationalrailway majors andthe coordinated improvementof the quality of skill based talent cultivation.
