Research on the Teaching Reform Path ofPublic Crisis Management Course Based on OBE-AI Integration

AbstractThecomplexityandsuddennessofpubliccrises putforwardhigherrequirements forthe practicaltachingofthe Public Crisis Management course incolleges and universities.Thetraditional teaching mode is difficult toachieve the outcome-orientedtalentraininggoal,andthein-depthintegrationoftheOBEeducationmodeandAItechnologyprovides a new direction for curiculumreform.Based on thecore logic of OBE'soutcome orientation and student-centerednes, combined withthe inteligent advantages of AI technology,starting from thereconstruction of teachingobjectives, optimizationof teaching content andconstructionof teaching environment,this paper constructs four practical paths: an intellgent-driven teachingprocess,amulti-dimensionalanddynamicacademicevaluation,acolaborativeresource integration,and a continuous optimization guarantee mechanism.It promotes the transformation of thecourse from knowledge impartmenttoabilitytraining,effectively improves students'comprehensive literacyand practicalabilityto respondto public crises,and provides practical reference for the digital reform of public managementcourses.
