Research on Vocational Ability-based Education Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges Driven by Digital Transformation

AbstractThearticle takesvocational collges inGansu Provinceas theresearch object,and firstsortsout thecurrent situation ofeducation in schools through field research; Secondly,the core problems of resource dispersion,supplydemand mismatch,and insuficient motivation inthe process of educating people were analyzed,and their causes were analyzed fromthe perspectives ofsystem,technology,andconcept;Finally,based omultipleperspectivessuchas policy systems,industry education integration,and workerdevelopment,avocational competency based education mechanism was reconstructed, which integratescollaborative governance,standard transformation,and lifelong learning.This provides practical reference for vocational coleges to adapt to the digital transformation of industries and support the construction of a skilled society.
