AbstractAgainsthebackdropofthedeepintegrationofAItechnologyintothepharmaceuticalindustry，thetraditional talent training modelforpharmacymajorsinuniversitiesisfacingproblemssuchasoutdatedcoursecontent，insufficient practicalresources，and alack ofcomprehensiveabilitycultivation.Thearticle proposesathreeinone talenttraining model of "online + offline + intelligent training"，with the training objectives of "pharmaceutical core competence + AI application ability + practical innovation ability".Through AI technology， it runs through three dimensions：online resource integration，ofline deep teaching，and intellgent simulation training.It is implemented fromfouraspects： curriculum system reconstruction，teaching resourceconstruction，composite teacher building，and multi-dimensional evaluationimprovement.This modelcansolve thepainpointsoftraditionaltraining models，improvethe matching degree between talentsandtheinteligentneedsofthepharmaceuticalindustryandprovidetheoreticalandpracticalreferences for the teaching reform of pharmaceutical majors in universities.
