AbstractAgainsthebackdropofthedeepintegrationofAItechnologyintothepharmaceuticalindustry,thetraditional talent training modelforpharmacymajorsinuniversitiesisfacingproblemssuchasoutdatedcoursecontent,insufficient practicalresources,and alack ofcomprehensiveabilitycultivation.Thearticle proposesathreeinone talenttraining model of "online + offline + intelligent training",with the training objectives of "pharmaceutical core competence + AI application ability + practical innovation ability".Through AI technology, it runs through three dimensions:online resource integration,ofline deep teaching,and intellgent simulation training.It is implemented fromfouraspects: curriculum system reconstruction,teaching resourceconstruction,composite teacher building,and multi-dimensional evaluationimprovement.This modelcansolve thepainpointsoftraditionaltraining models,improvethe matching degree between talentsandtheinteligentneedsofthepharmaceuticalindustryandprovidetheoreticalandpracticalreferences for the teaching reform of pharmaceutical majors in universities.
