卫星气象学课程思政的价值挖掘与实现路径

——基于风云气象卫星从“跟跑”到“部分领跑”的案例研究

Abstract: In order to explore effective solutions to the problems of "superficial integration" and "disjointed approach" in integrating ideological and political education into science and engineering courses, this study takes the "Satellite Meteorology" course as an example. The study selects the leapfrog development of China's Fengyun meteorological satellites—from "catching up" to "partial front-running"—as a core case for ideological and political education. First, the study systematically explores its educational value across five dimensions: fostering national pride and commitment, cultivating scientific spirit, building confidence in innovation, honing a craftsmanship spirit, and broadening international perspectives. Then, an integrated teaching system of "objective-content-method-evaluation" is constructed. A strategy for restructuring teaching content through the integration of "case line-knowledge line-ideological-political line" is proposed, along with a dual-driven model combining immersive classroom teaching and inquiry-based practical teaching, as well as a coordinated implementation path for diversified evaluation. By providing a systematic and feasible reform plan for ideological and political education in the "Satellite Meteorology" course, this study deeply integrates value guidance, knowledge construction, and capacity building, thereby further enhancing students' learning motivation, professional identity, and comprehensive competencies.
