Abstract: In response to the urgent demand for high-quality, application-oriented, and innovative talents in the biopharmaceutical industry, this study takes the Biopharmaceutical Program at Jiangsu Normal University as a practical example, systematically constructing an integrated talent cultivation system that deeply integrates theoretical education, practical teaching, and innovation-entrepreneurship education. By optimizing the credit structure of the curriculum and establishing collaborative education platforms both on-campus and off-campus, innovation-entrepreneurship education has been fully incorporated into the entire process of professional practical teaching, forming a three-in-one cultivation model that combines foundational theory, practical skills, and innovative application. The research results show that the establishment of this system not only effectively enhances students' practical abilities, scientific research innovation mindset, and industry adaptability but also promotes the effective alignment between talent cultivation and industry demands. This study provides a replicable and scalable implementation plan for teaching reforms in biopharmaceutical and related disciplines.
