Abstract: With the deepening of industry-education integration, practical teaching bases have become crucial platforms for cultivating application-oriented talents, enhancing educational quality, and improving student employability. This paper explores the construction paths, operational models, and management mechanisms of practical teaching bases in the context of industry-education integration, focusing on how demand-oriented curriculum design, school-enterprise cooperation, and resource sharing can enhance teaching effectiveness. The study also discusses challenges such as insufficient funding, low enterprise participation, and incomplete management models, offering corresponding solutions. Finally, the paper summarizes the positive impacts of practical teaching bases on student employment, industrial development, and regional economies, and looks ahead to future directions such as digital transformation and international cooperation.
