Abstract: The Case-based Action Learning (CBAL) method is an emerging educational approach in business education that emphasizes problem-solving in real-world work settings, encouraging students to analyze issues, make decisions, and learn through action within team practices. This paper first analyzes the applicability of the CBAL method in the undergraduate Human Resource Management course. Subsequently, based on teaching practice, it proposes a plan and framework for implementing the CBAL method in this course, evaluates its teaching effectiveness, feasible teaching evaluation methods, and results, and finally discusses ideas for improving the use of the CBAL method in the future. This paper provides a reference for teaching practices using the CBAL method in core management courses such as Human Resource Management.
