Abstract： Strengthening the construction of graduate courses and improving the quality of courses are important and urgent tasks for deepening the reform of graduate education. Based on the provincial quality course construction project of "Advanced Plant Physiology and Experimental Technology" for graduate students， this paper comprehensively and systematically sorts out the problems faced in course construction， and explores specific measures for course construction from the aspects of ideological and political education， course content， teaching methods and means， online teaching platforms， and experimental content. It strengthens the role of this course in cultivating high-level talents who are knowledgeable， loving， and innovative in the new era， in order to provide reference and guidance for the construction of core courses and teaching reforms for graduate majors.
