产教融合背景下集成电路专业人才培养模式探究

——以无锡学院为例

Abstract： In the context of the integration of industry and education， the paper introduces the current talent cultivation model for integrated circuit majors and analyzes the pain points in talent cultivation， such as an incomplete education system， high difficulty in resource integration， difficulty in cutting-edge technology， and a small number of high-end talents. In response to the above-mentioned problems， this paper explores the talent training model for integrated circuit professionals from four aspects： integrating multiple resources， establishing a platform system， focusing on cross integration， and improving the level of teaching staff. We are committed to cultivating innovative applied talents who can lead the future of advanced integrated circuit design， packaging and testing technologies， as well as device process innovation， by benchmarking the three links of chip design， packaging and testing， and semiconductor materials and devices in the integrated circuit industry ecosystem， and providing strong talent support for the development of tin free integrated circuit industry.
