Abstract: The construction of practical education base of "cooperation between school and enterprise, integration of industry and education" is an effective way to cultivate talents with innovative consciousness and engineering practical ability under the background of engineering education professional certification. Taking the environmental engineering major in local engineering colleges as an example, this paper introduces how to improve the training scheme and management mechanism of the practical education base, perfect the teaching team of the practical education base, strengthen the practical teaching and project learning and jointly build a high-level research and development platform, thus actively strengthen the construction of school-enterprise cooperation practical base. The results show that the above-mentioned measures have strengthened the effect of engineering education certification, increased the target achievement of students' educational objectives of practical courses, and improved the scientific research level of environmental engineering teachers.
