跨专业生源硕士研究生培养模式与路径的实践研究

——以佛山大学环境工程专业硕士为例

Abstract: This paper takes the cultivation of master's degree students in the major of Environmental Engineering at Foshan University as the research object. The study thoroughly analyzes the multiple difficulties faced by students from different majors during the cultivation process of this major's master's degree. Based on relevant theories of education and teaching, drawing on advanced experiences both at home and abroad, and closely combining the characteristics of local industries with the resource advantages of universities, the study systematically explores the innovative cultivation modes and effective paths for master's degree students from different majors from the dimensions of curriculum system construction, strengthening of practical teaching, construction of tutor teams, management of degree theses, and improvement of the collaborative education mechanism. The aim of the study is to enhance the cultivation quality of master's degree students from different majors in the major of Environmental Engineering at Foshan University, to supply high-quality compound professional talents for the local environmental protection industry, and at the same time to provide exemplary cases and inspirations for relevant majors in similar universities.
