关于天基信息支援学科体系建设的思考

Abstract: The discipline of space-based information support is a new interdisciplinary, applied, and combat discipline that cultivates talents who understand and use space. It plays an important role in fields such as aerospace remote sensing, satellite communication, space environment support, space situational awareness, and space-based information support security. This paper addresses the shortcomings in the talent cultivation, scientific research, national defense services, and teacher team construction of the existing space-based information support discipline system. A "3+4" talent cultivation model is designed, with a scientific research concept that integrates communication, navigation, remote sensing, and mapping. A comprehensive national defense service plan that includes equipment, data, and personnel, as well as a well-structured and hierarchical teacher team, can provide ideas and references for the faster and better development of space-based information support disciplines.

天基信息支援学科以天基信息支援联合作战需求为牵引,以培养知天用天人才为目标的新型交叉、应用、作战学科,聚焦解决航天遥感、卫星通信、太空环境保障、太空态势感知和天基信息支援安全保障等领域的学科建设问题,强调通信、导航、遥感、测绘、感知和安全等多专业协调发展,是打造高素质、专业化天基信息支援人才培养的主阵地,对推动天基信息支援作战理论发展,加速决胜太空起到重要的支撑作用。(剩余7930字)
